RETURNS

What is your return policy?

- You have two weeks from the date of delivery to request a return at info@everlyrings.com. We must receive your return within 2 weeks of your request otherwise we cannot honor your return.

- All clearance items, gift cards, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

- We do not offer prorated returns on orders placed at a promotional price and one forfeits the sale price if they wish to return part of the order. 

- The cost of return shipping is taken on by the customer. We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping. 

- Everly Rings does not accept returns for items with any signs of wear or damage. Merchandise must be new and unworn, have not been resized, and free from scratches and dirt/debris. If you fail to return an item in this condition, we will ship the item back with the cost of postage covered by the customer. 

- Please note that there will be a $5 charge if you fail to return the item(s) back with its original packaging.

When will I get my refund?

- Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment, in the same currency and same exchange rate used to make the purchase. Once the return has been processed we will send you an email. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed and issued by your financial institution.

- If any Everly Customer enters into a dispute against Everly Rings, understandably, any future request for a return will be denied as well as any future orders. 

 

 

EXCHANGES

What is your exchange policy within the U.S.?

If you fail to return an item in this condition, we will ship the item back with the cost of postage covered by the customer.

What is your exchange policy outside of the U.S.?

- To exchange an item, simply return it and place a new order for the item you want. 

All duties, taxes and shipping paid are non-refundable. 

 

 

SHIPPING

Processing Time

Orders are processed and packaged within 24-48 hours, however, processing times may be longer during promotions. Orders placed durings weekends will ship out Monday. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to adjust or cancel your order. We cannot retroactively apply promotions to any orders.

Delivery

Delivery estimates provided by USPS do not take into account processing time at our facility and only apply once USPS is in possession of the package. 

  • 2-3 business days for Priority Mail
  • 3-5 business days for First Class Mail
  • 5-7 business days for FedEx International

Local Pickup

Everly Rings offers local pickup Monday to Friday, from 10-4pm, with the exception of national holidays. Customers will be notified through the provided email address when the order is ready for pickup.

Everly Shipping

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. On a rare occasion, packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe and we are not responsible for any delays.

Everly Rings is not liable for lost or stolen shipments, even when tracking dictates it has been delivered, packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address, or delayed delivery of packages due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company. If your package is sent back to Everly Rings for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order. 

If an order is flagged as fraudulent, our Everly team will reach out to the customer to confirm the purchase is legitimate before shipment.

Tracking Your Package

Once you receive your shipping confirmation, please allow 1-2 business days for your tracking to update with scans from USPS. In some instances, you may receive a shipping confirmation in the evening, but your package will not be packed and depart our facilities until the next business day once USPS is operating.

International Shipping

At this time, Everly Rings ships to the following countries outside of the US:

  • United Kingdom
  • Canada
  • Australia
  • New Zealand
  • India
  • Mexico
  • Sweden
  • Philippines
  • France
  • Spain

Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information. Everly Rings is not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred.

Everly Rings is not responsible for delayed delivery of packages due to customs issues when shipping internationally.

Customer Shipping

If you have to exchange or return a purchase, your items need to arrive at our offices in the condition you received them in. This means sending them with secure protective packaging and ensuring the rings and studs are in their original packaging. If the return value is over $100, we highly recommend insuring the package at the post office for protection against loss. We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping.

 

 

INVENTORY AVAILABILITY

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on Everly Rings, occasionally we do sell out of certain styles. If we are out of stock in an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via email and you may select an item that was in stock at the time of purchase and comparable to the original. Therefore we cannot supplement a band with an engagement ring or stud style. We do not offer backorders or waitlists and we cannot hold your order until your chosen styles are restocked. 

 

 

WARRANTY

30 Day Warranty

- All full-priced rings, bands, and studs come with a 30 day warranty against manufacturing defects. If anything happens within the first 30 days from purchase, we will replace it complementarity. 

- Simply email our team at info@everlyrings.com, provide a photo of the damage, and confirm your shipping address. Please send the damaged styles back to us within 2 weeks and provide tracking, and your replaced item will be sent out right away.  

- Our warranty can only be applied for the same style. If the style is sold out or no longer available, you may select an item that was in stock at your time of purchase and comparable to the original - Therefore we cannot supplement a band with an engagement ring or stud style. 

- Clearance items are not covered under our warranty and are final sale. 

Please note that items determined to be damaged due to neglecting recommended care tips for jewelry are not covered. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items due to neglect and our warranty does not apply.

Once an item has been replaced, we are not able to accept it for a return and refund.

After 30 Days

- Any damage that occurs after 30 days, is not due to any problems structurally, but general wear and tear. We've all been there with jewelry, breaking your favorite piece down the road can be devastating. We want to make sure you have options. That's why within the first year of your purchase, we subsidize the cost of replacements and damaged rings, bands, and studs can be replaced for $19.99, not including shipping. 

- Simply email our team at info@everlyrings.com to request a subsidized replacement.

- As this is a service to our long-term customers, this can only be applied for the same style. If the style is sold out or no longer available, you may select an item that was in stock at your time of purchase and comparable to the original - Therefore we cannot supplement a band with an engagement ring or stud style.

- Clearance items are not covered under our warranty and are final sale.

Shipping

- Please note that the cost of shipping back is on the customer and not reimbursed. 

For international orders, if the damage is due to wear and tear, the customer is responsible for return shipping as well as shipping of the replacement ring.

 

 


Everly Rings reserves the right to refuse service to those abusive to any member of the Everly Rings team or to anyone we believe is taking advantage of our willingness to go above and beyond.
