RETURNS

  • You have two weeks from the date of delivery to request a return at info@everlyrings.com. We must receive your return within 2 weeks of your return request.
  • All clearance items, gift cards, studs, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • We do not offer prorated returns on orders placed at a promotional price and one forfeits the sale price if they wish to return part of the order.
  • The cost of return shipping is taken on by the customer. We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping.
  • Everly Rings does not accept returns for items with any signs of wear or damage. Merchandise must be new and unworn, have not been resized, and free from scratches and dirt/debris.
  • Once your item is returned it will be inspected by our quality team. If your return is not approved, we will ship the item back to the shipping address listed.
  • Please note that there will be a $5 charge if you fail to return the item(s) back with its original packaging.
  • If any customer enters into a dispute against Everly Rings, understandably, any future request for a return will be denied as well as any future orders.

 

  • Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment, in the same currency and same exchange rate used to make the purchase. Once the return has been processed we will send you an email. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed and issued by your financial institution. 
  • Shipping cost is non refundable

EXCHANGES

  • You have two weeks from the date of delivery to request an exchange at info@everlyrings.com. We must receive your return within 2 weeks of your request otherwise we cannot honor your exchange.
  • All clearance items, gift cards, studs, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • The cost of return shipping is taken on by the customer. We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping.
  • Everly Rings does not accept exchanges for items with any signs of wear or damage. Merchandise must be new and unworn, have not been resized, and free from scratches and dirt/debris.
  • Once the returned package is received the items will be inspected by our quality assurance team.
  • If your exchange is denied, we will send the items back to the shipping address listed. 

To exchange an item, simply return it and place a new order for the item you want.
All duties, taxes and shipping paid are non-refundable

 

SHIPPING

Orders are processed and packaged within 4 business days. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to adjust or cancel your order. We cannot retroactively apply promotions to any orders.

Delivery estimates provided by USPS or FedEx do not take into account processing time at our facility. Shipping time frame starts once USPS or FedEx is in possession of the package.

  • 1-2 business days for FedEx Domestic (excludes Saturday delivery)
  • 2-3 business days for Priority Mail
  • 3-5 business days for Ground Advantage

Everly Rings offers local pickup Monday to Friday, from 10-4pm, with the exception of national holidays. Customers will be notified through the provided email address when the order is ready for pickup.

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. On a rare occasion, packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. We do not guarantee delivery dates and we are not responsible for any delays.

Everly Rings is not liable for lost or stolen items when tracking dictates it has been delivered. Signature required delivery is available and can be added to USPS Ground Advantage and Priority service for an additional fee.

Everly Rings is not liable for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address, or delayed due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company. If your package is sent back to Everly Rings for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.

If an order is flagged as fraudulent, the Everly team will reach out via email to confirm the purchase.  Additional documentation may be required before the order can be shipped.

Once you receive your shipping confirmation, please allow 2-3 business days for your tracking to update with scans from USPS. 

At this time, Everly Rings ships to select countries internationally.

***All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information. Please note, duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout for your selected region.

If you are sending back an item, we highly recommend selecting a USPS service with tracking and insurance at the post office for protection against loss. We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping.

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of all items sold, occasionally we do sell out of certain styles. If we are sold out of an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via email and you may select an item that was in stock at the time of purchase and comparable to the original.

We do not offer backorder or waitlists and we cannot hold your order or exchange until your chosen styles are restocked.

 

WARRANTY

 

  • All full-priced rings, bands, studs and bracelets come with a 30 day warranty against manufacturing defects. If anything happens within the first 30 days from purchase, we will repair or replace it complementarity.
  • Simply email our team at info@everlyrings.com, provide a photo of the damage, and confirm your shipping address. 
  • Please send the damaged styles back to us within 2 weeks.
  •  The cost of return shipping is taken on by the customer.  Everly Rings will cover the costs to ship out the replacement.
  • Our warranty can only be applied for the same style. If the style is sold out or no longer available, you may select an item that was in stock at your time of purchase and comparable to the original.
  • Clearance items are not covered under our warranty and are final sale.
  • Once an item has been replaced under warranty, we are not able to accept it for an exchange or refund.

Please note that items determined to be damaged due to neglecting our recommended care tips are not covered. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.

 

  • Any damage that occurs after 30 days, is not due to any problems structurally, but general wear and tear. We've all been there with jewelry, breaking your favorite piece down the road can be devastating. We want to make sure you have options. That's why within the first year of your original purchase, we subsidize the cost of replacements for damaged rings, bands or studs for $19.99 and $29.99 for tennis bracelets. 
  • This offer is valid for one replacement within the first year of your original purchase date.
  • Simply email our team at info@everlyrings.com to request a subsidized replacement.
  • As this is a service to our long-term customers, this can only be applied for the same style. If the style is sold out or no longer available, you may select an item that was in stock at your time of purchase and comparable to the original.
  • Clearance items are not covered under our warranty and are final sale.
  • Once an item has been replaced, it is considered final sale and we are not able to accept it for an exchange or refund.

Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is not reimbursed.


For international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping as well as shipping of the replacement ring.
