All full-priced rings and bands come with a 30 day warranty against manufacturing defects. If anything happens in the first 30 days from purchase of having your ring, we will replace it complimentarily. Simply email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org, provide a photo of the damage on your ring, as well as confirm your shipping address and ring size.
Please send the damaged styles back to us within 2 weeks and provide tracking, and your new ring will be sent out right away. Please note, we will replace it with the same style you originally ordered unless that style is sold out. In that case, you must select a ring that was available at your time of purchase and is in stock (we cannot waitlist you for any styles) and comparable to the original ring purchased - so we cannot replace a band with an engagement ring style.
Please also note that clearance rings are not covered under our warranty and are final sale.
Once a ring has been replaced, we are not able to accept it for a return and refund.
Damage due to not following our care instructions (such as not avoiding chemicals for plating issues or excessive damaging force) are not covered under our warranty. We are not responsible for lost or stolen rings or rings damaged due to neglect and our warranty does not apply.
Please note that the cost of shipping back is on the customer and not reimbursed.
For international orders, if the damage is due to wear and tear, the customer is responsible for shipping of the replacement ring.
Any damage that occurs after 30 days, is not due to any problems structurally, but general wear and tear. We've all been there with jewelry, breaking your favorite piece down the road can be devastating. We want to make sure you have options. That's why within the first year of your purchase, we subsidize the cost of replacements and a damaged ring can be replaced for just $19.99. (Shipping is extra). Please note that rings determined to be damaged due to neglecting recommended care tips for jewelry is not covered.
As this is a service to our long-term customers, this can only be used for the exact same style and proof of damage must be sent to our team at email@example.com. If the style is sold out or no longer available, you are able to select a ring that was available at your time of purchase and is in stock and comparable to the original ring purchased - so we cannot replace a band with an engagement ring style.
Everly Rings reserves the right to refuse service to those abusive to any member of the Everly Rings team or to anyone we believe is taking advantage of our willingness to go above and beyond.
