RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If anything with your order doesn't meet expectations, doesn't fit or isn't quite right for any reason, please email info@everlyrings.com to get a response from the Everly team. 

If you have to exchange or return a purchase, your rings need to arrive at our offices in the condition you received them in. This means sending them with secure packaging and ensuring the rings are in their original protective packaging. If the return value is over $100, we highly recommend insuring the package at the post office for protection against loss. We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping.

 

Return Policy

  • A request for a return must be sent to our team at info@everlyrings.com within 2 weeks of purchase, and we must receive your return package within 2 weeks of your request otherwise we cannot honor your return
  • The cost of return shipping is taken on by the customer
  • We will refund the full purchase amount, minus a 10% restocking fee and shipping.
  • Merchandise must new and unworn, have not been resized, and free from scratches and dirt/debris 
  • Merchandise must be returned in original packaging, otherwise, a $5 repackaging fee will be assessed.
  • We do not offer prorated returns on orders placed at a promotional price (like our everyday stackable band deals) so one forfeits the sale price (the price reverts to $99 per item) if they wish to return part of the order and a balance is owed to Everly Rings
  • Any items that show signs of wear or damage cannot be accepted for a return and we will ship these back with the cost of postage covered by the customer 
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed and issued
  • Everly Rings reserves the right to deny an exchange, return, or replacement to anyone who we believe is taking advantage of our willingness to go above and beyond to serve our customers.
  • PLEASE NOTE: All clearance items and gift cards are final sale items and may not be returned.

Exchange Policy

  • You are allowed to exchange for any style that was available during your original time of purchase and it must be in stock (we cannot waitlist you for any styles) 
  • Merchandise must be returned in original packaging, otherwise, your new items will be sent in a cinch bag
  • Please allow 3-4 business days for processing before your new items are shipped
  • Items that have been exchanged are no longer eligible for a return
  • Any items that show signs of wear or damage cannot be accepted for an exchange
  • Everly Rings reserves the right to deny an exchange, return, or replacement to anyone who we believe is taking advantage of our willingness to go above and beyond to serve our customers.
